What This Return Policy Covers

MagazinesBuy receives permission from you to charge your credit card account with the amount of money you have agreed to pay when you buy magazines from MagazinesBuy.

When you purchase magazines you authorize your credit card company through a reputable credit card processing system, Nova (Elavon) Network, to transfer funds from your account to MagazinesBuy’s bank account.

Upon approval of the transfer of your funds MagazinesBuy processes your magazine order with our fulfillment house.

Once your order has been approved and the funds received MagazinesBuy uses those funds to process your magazine order with our fulfillment house. The fulfillment house then places your order with the publisher for each magazine you have ordered. The publisher processes your order and you are placed on their mailing to receive your magazine.

Once the order has been made with the fulfillment house it is no longer possible for MagazinesBuy to provide you with a refund.

At that time should you desire a refund you need to address your request with the individual publisher of the specific magazine.

We ask that you insure your order is correct and is, in fact, the magazines that you desire to purchase. Once you place your order on our website the electronic transfer of funds is almost immediate and your order is processed quickly.

Children

We ask that you do not allow children to attempt to purchase from MagazinesBuy. Based on our instructions we assume that if the proper credit card information is provided to us then it is being provided by the cardholder, not a child. We have no way of knowing if you have allowed children access to purchase magazines and we can only logically assume that an adult is actually making the purchase.

MagazinesBuy will not knowingly contract with children to sell magazines. MagazinesBuy assumes no liability for orders placed by children or any unauthorized individuals. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to insure that only authorized persons are allowed to make orders.

- MagazinesBuy responds to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims regarding credit card orders.
- MagazinesBuy responds to legal requests to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of MagazinesBuys terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.

MagazinesBuy works with Nova (Elavon)Network, “the most reliable payment processing network in the industry”, and authorize.net as our gateway, and other service providers simply to process your credit card payment and ultimately to fulfill your magazine orders. For simplicity and your convenience we only accept credit card payments for your orders.
