How do I order a magazine(s) from MagazinesBuy?
That's simple! Just identify the magazines you want to purchase and add them to your shopping cart and we will do the rest. If you make a mistake, you can remove magazines, and when you have made your final decision proceed to checkout and we will calculate your price. When you purchase four (4) magazines or more in one order we give you, free, a one-year subscription to “Entrepreneur” magazine. Once your order is calculated, check it out and if you are satisfied then make your payment with a credit card.
How do I make payment for my magazines?
MagazinesBuy only accepts credit card payment. To process your credit card payment, MagazinesBuy uses the Nova (Elevan) Network, a state-of-the-art credit card verification system that protects your security. Once your credit card has been approved your payment for your magazines is completed. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. In order for us to provide you confirmation you have to provide us your email address. MagazinesBuy only uses that information to communicate with you. Your record for this transaction is the invoice that is emailed to you and your credit card account statement.
Does my price include shipping, handling, and tax?
Everything is included in the quoted price for our magazines. Individual states may charge a tax but that would be charged by the publisher. So far, we have not seen publishers charge a state tax for magazines.
Do you offer any special deals?
We sure do! When you order four (4) magazines from us in one order we give you Entrepreneur magazine free for one year. This is free of any charge. We do reserve the right to change the magazine we offer free at any time; however, once you have placed your order whatever magazine we offered you free will be delivered.
Can I order magazines as a gift?
You sure can! Just identify the name and address you want each magazine delivered to and that subscription will be sent as a gift to that person at that address.
Do you deliver orders outside the United States?
At the present time we do not accept orders to be delivered outside the United States. However, we can deliver most magazines to an APO or FPO address.
Do you automatically renew my subscription after it has run out?
We do not; we would prefer that you make that decision when the time comes. Some magazines allow you to subscribe through us for more than one year at a discounted price. When your subscription expires, if you would like to renew with us we will appreciate your business.
Can I tell when my subscription is about to expire?
You certainly can! Your magazine mailing label has your expiration date printed on it. You will find the month and the year in a format that the publisher has chosen. For example, it may show as 1112 which means your subscription expires in November 2012.
How soon can I expect the first issue of my magazine to be delivered?
Delivery of your magazine is the same as any other delivery date for a magazine order. Deliver will take place usually between 6 to 10 weeks from the date you place your order. If you do not receive your magazine within that time frame please call our Customer Service Department at 866-535-7766 between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (ET) Monday through Friday and we will help track the delivery of your subscription.
Is my magazine delivered at the same time as it is delivered to the newsstand?
Publishers usually send out their subscription magazines at about the same time they reach the newsstand. Depending on the U.S. Mail system, you can expect to receive your magazine at about the same time or a few days earlier than they reach the newsstand.
