1. Selecting a Magazine Category

You can browse all you want in the magazine categories and order at your leisure. For your convenience the "Categories" are set up by category (Art, Sports) type, etc... If you cannot find the magazine in a specific category please look under Alphabetical Listing. This category lists all of our available magazines in alphabetical order.  If you do not find it there then we are sorry it is not available.

2. Selecting a Magazine

After clicking on the Category (alphabetical in this example), an alphabetical listing by magazine will appear below the category title. Usually up to ten (10) magazines will appear at a time, if more listings exist you can move forward, backward by clicking the page numbers, next, prev, last, and first (1). After finding a magazine(s) you wish to purchase just click on the name of the magazine, or Details or Add to cart (2) you will be taken to the next step in the checkout process. See “Selecting your Subscription” below.

3. Selecting a Subscription and Terms

The magazine name will be appear when you click on your selection. Additional information about the magazine such as terms at this point. The prices offered for each year of a subscription are available under the title subscription (1). If the magazine is offered for more than a one year subscription you will be offered multiple subscripton choices. Click the down arrow to the right of the default subscription. The default quantity for an order is one (1) which appears to the right of the basic price. This assumes you are ordering a one year subscription.  The basic price is the subscription price for one year. Change the quantity (2) or higher if you want to purchase more than one (1) year subscription of this magazine. The more years you order the better the price.  The initial price is tied to the basic subscription which shows in the top of the subscription box. Click Add  to cart (3)  once you have made your decision and to continue the checkout process. 

4. The Shopping Cart

You will notice across the top of the Shopping Cart an order progress bar. A green notification button will appear directly below  the descriptive tag of where you are in the process. You can remove an Item by clicking the box next to the item under the Remove column (1). You can change the quantity by changing the number in the Qty column (2). You must click the Update cart button after modifying Remove or Qty columns. Click Continue to go back to the Home products page to choose more items, click Checkout to continue checking out process.

5. Guest Checkout

After clicking Checkout you will be taken to this page where you can decide whether to join our  community of users or continue checking out without registering. If you wish to join our user community please click Register (2) otherwise please click Checkout as Guest (1). If you have visited this site before and have already registered, type in your email address and password and enter the numbers in the image in the code box and click Login (3) to continue the checkout process.

6. Registration

If you click register you will be taken to this page where you  can input your basic information and password, enter the code from the image block and click Register. You will be asked to sign in or taken to the Shipping Address page to continue the check out process.

7a. Shipping Address Registered User

If you are a registered user and have signed in you will be taken to the Shipping Address page where you will need to confirm your shipping address by clicking Ship to this address (1)  or by entering a new shipping address (2) where you want the magazines to be delivered. Please fill out all the fields. All of the fields are required except Fax number, Address 2 and Company. You will not be able to proceed unless the required information is entered. A red asterisk * will appear by any required field that is incomplete or not formatted correctly. After entering the required data please click Next (3) to continue the check out process.

7b. Shipping Address Non-Registered User

If you chose to check out as a Guest you will be taken to the Shipping Address page where you must enter a shipping address (1) where you want the magazines to be delivered. Please fill out all the fields. All of the fields are required except Fax number, Address 2 and Company. You will not be able to proceed unless the required information is entered. A red asterisk * will appear by any required field that is incomplete or not formatted correctly. After entering the required data please click Next (2) to continue the check out process.

8a. Billing Address Registered User

If you are a registered user and have signed in after completing the Shipping Address information you will need  to confirm your Billing address by clicking Billing to this address (1)  or by entering a new billing address (2) where you want the magazines to be delivered. Please fill out all the fields. All of the fields are required except Fax number, Address 2 and Company. You will not be able to proceed unless the required information is entered. A red asterisk * will appear by any required field that is incomplete or not formatted correctly. After entering the required data please click Next (3) to continue the check out process.

8b. Billing Address Non-Registered User (Guest)

If you chose to check out as a Guest and after completing the Shipping Address information you will need to enter a Billing address (1) where you want the magazines to be delivered if different than the shipping address or click Use the same as shipping address. Please fill out all the fields. All of the fields are required except Fax number, Address 2 and Company. You will not be able to proceed unless the required information is entered. A red asterisk * will appear by any required field that is incomplete or not formatted correctly. After entering the required data please click Next (2) to continue the check out process.

9. Payment Information

The only payment method currently accepted is Credit Card. Please select a credit card you desire to use to pay for your order. Only the card choices shown in the drop list are available at this time. (1) Select the card type, enter the name of card holder as it appears on the card, enter the card number exactly as it appears on the card. Enter the expiration date, make sure the date is not expired. Enter the card security code (2), you will find it on the back of most cards, the last three digits after the account number. American Express card codes can found on the front right top of the card. Click Next (3) to continue the check out process.

10. Confirm Order

You will need to the Confirm your order on the Confirm Order page where you can view the Order summary (2) showing directly below the Confirm (3) button. As a matter of information the Order summary is on all the pages starting with the address page(s) so you have a current view of your order at any time during the checkout. You may enter your fund raising code in the Affiliate Code box (1). You can also confirm the shipping, billing and payment information as well. Click Confirm to finish the check out process.

11. Completed Order

After your order processes you will be taken to the Completed Order page where you can click to view whether your order was successfully or not successfuly processed (1). You can click the order details link (2) or click Continue (3) to be taken back to the Home products page.

12. Order Information

If you clicked the link Click here for order details you will see a page similar to this displaying the status of your order, whether it was approved or declined as well as a summary of the order.
